House Judiciary GOP Sends Letter To FBI Director Wray Demanding He Provide Answers To Questions Concerning ‘Illegal Spying’

(Republican Party News) – Reps. Jim Jordan from Ohio and Andy Biggs from Arizona have sent out a letter to FBI Director Christopher Wray demanding some information concerning the agency’s “illegal spying activities” which pertain to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court.

According to Infowars, both Jordan and Biggs, who are high ranking members of the House Judiciary Committee, wrote the letter on Tuesday. In the letter, they ask Wray about the FISC’s most recent report which reveals “apparent widespread violations” in privacy rules of conducting FISA surveillance.

“On April 26, 2021, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence declassified a 67-page FISC memorandum opinion and order from November 2020 detailing the FBI’s ‘apparent widespread violations’ of privacy rules in conducting surveillance under section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA). We write to request information about the FBI’s illegal spying activities,” the two congressmen wrote to Wray.

“In its November 2020 opinion, the FISC reported the FBI violated the querying standard following a Department of Justice (DOJ) audit of the government’s compliance with section 702 querying safeguards. The FISC that the FBI had misused it section 702 surveillance powers, finding that ‘the FBI’s failure to properly apply its querying standard when searching section 702-acquired information was more pervasive than previously believed,'” the letter continued.

The two then went on to explain that the FBI went around the very secretive court a whopping 40 times for investigations that involved, “healthcare fraud, transnational organized crime, violent gangs, domestic terrorism involving racially motivated violent extremists, as well as investigations relating to public corruption and bribery, all of which were unrelated to foreign surveillance.”

Right after Biggs and Jordan reminded the FBI director of the well established “pattern” of FISA surveillance abuses that took place while Donald Trump was serving as president, along with the Russian collusion hoax, they went on to ask Wray about the new abuses coming to light.

“The recently released FISC opinion only raises more questions about the FBI’s respect for the constitutional and statutory parameters of FISA,” the pair wrote.

One thing that’s become abundantly clear over the course of the last decade, it’s that the FBI has been overrun with progressives and they are doing their best to put a stop to the agenda of former President Donald Trump.

They are scared that Trump will empower an entire nation to turn on the establishment and restore America to its founding principles.
