(Republican Party News) – A new report coming from WND has revealed that a group of lawyers who filed a lawsuit against the state of Michigan over the disputed results of the controversial 2020 election has now been ordered by a judge to pay about $175,000.
U.S. District Judge Linda Parker, who was nominated for her current post by former President Barack Obama back in 2013, has ordered that nine attorneys, a group that includes both Sidney Powell and Lin Wood, to pay $21,964.75 to the state of Michigan and $153,285.62 to the city of Detroit.
Parker went on to write in her opinion that the amount that has been ordered to be paid is an “appropriate sanction… needed to deter Plaintiffs’ counsel and others from engaging in similar misconduct in the future.”
In other words, if you dare to ever question the results of an election again when you notice some form of shenanigans has taken place, the legal system will fine you into the poor house.
Parker stated that the lawsuit by the attorneys was a “historic and profound abuse of the judicial process.”
“This case was never about fraud — it was about undermining the People’s faith in our democracy and debasing the judicial process to do so,” the judge went on to write in the ruling from August.
“We disagree with the district court’s decision in its entirety and we plan to promptly appeal to the Sixth Circuit,” Howard Kleinhendler, one of the lawyers on the list who also represents Sidney Powell, told The Washington Post.
Wood has come out and stated that he will be appealing the decision.
“I undertook no act in Michigan and I had no involvement in the Michigan lawsuit filed by Sidney Powell,” he responded.
Parker has ordered the group of attorneys to undergo what she called 12 hours of “continuing legal education” on pleading standards and election law.
“The attorneys were also referred to disciplinary boards in the places where they are licensed ‘for investigation and possible suspension or disbarment,'” the report said.
“Their lawsuit had argued that President Joe Biden’s win in Michigan came through fraud and called for former President Donald Trump to be declared the winner of the Michigan vote,” the report continued.
Parker dismissed the suit in December, going on to say that it was “nothing but speculation and conjecture.”
A lawyer for the city of Detroit, David Fink, said that the attorneys “abused the federal courts to advance the big lie.”
“They must pay a price for their misconduct, and this ruling is a good start,” he went on to say.
“Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel said the attorneys being punished ‘worked to distort our democracy in favor of lining their own pockets,’” the Post reported.
“These attorneys demonstrated a flagrant disregard for the law and attempted to use the courts to further a false and destructive narrative,” Nessel remarked.
“While there is likely no amount of money that can undo the damage they caused, I am happy to see these sanctions handed down,” Nessel continued.
These folks are desperate to make sure that the American people do not uncover the truth about the election and stand up for their rights. It’s clear they also want to ensure they can pull this garbage again and again and maintain power permanently. We must not legally allow this to happen.

Notice that these cases never go to a jury? What kind of “justice” is that? And to impose punitive fines for even daring to question the system? Next, just even mentioning that the election was corrupt and stolen will be criminalized as “insurrection”. The totalitarian state has arrived!
I suggest, and am sure that these fines be appealed. If anything is certain it is that the Judge and that this is an act of Jurisprudence corruption. The Courts are there to adjudicate cases like this and it is clear that the corruption is in the handling of the voting and there is adequate evidence of voting irregularities. If there was only one mis deliberately counted illegal vote there was cause to file a suit. This is another case of one of these communist political hacks wielding power where it is not necessary.

You can’t send citizens to GITMO unless captured on a foreign battlefield with enemy troops.
This judge, Linda Parker, needs to be disbarred for abusing her position as a judge.
Judges can be impeached as well.
