BREAKING: Over 20 Republicans In Congress Just Stood Up To Joe Biden, Issued THIS Warning

(Republican Party News) – Folks, we haven’t even made it a year into the “presidency” of Joe Biden, and already we have almost two dozen members of the GOP in Congress calling for him to resign from office. That’s not a good sign for what the next three years will be like if this man stays on as commander-in-chief.

The reason for the call? The epic failure of Biden’s handling of the troop withdrawal in Afghanistan. In fact, that’s the only reason so many of these Republicans feel comfortable calling for his resignation. That’s how bad Biden screwed this whole thing up.

According to Gateway Pundit, the Biden administration is continuing to treat this incident like it’s a bad news cycle that will soon come to an end and fade away from the consciousness of the general public in America.

It’s not going to work out like they hope. Folks are very upset about this whole situation, particularly at the fact we’re going to end up leaving hundreds of American citizens stranded in a country that is now run by a terrorist organization.

“Republicans are vowing to hold President Joe Biden accountable for his handling of the botched Afghanistan withdrawal that has led to the death of at least 13 US servicemembers and over 100 Afghans,” a report from The New York Post says.

“As several GOP members have begun to push for impeachment or resignations, House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif) hinted at political repercussions for Biden, but stopped short of saying what those could be,” it continues.

“I’m extremely frustrated with this president,” McCarthy went on to tell reporters on Friday. “There will be a day of reckoning.”…

“Since Thursday’s attack the number of GOP members calling for Biden’s resignation has grown to 23. The list includes Reps, Jim Banks (R-Id), Andy Biggs (R-Az), Elise Stefanik (R-NY), Claudia Tenney (R-NY), Jeff Van Drew (R-NJ), Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga), Lance Gooden (R-Tx), Byron Donalds (R-Fl), Ronny Jackson (R-Tx), Greg Steube (R-Fl), Mike Garcia (R-Ca), Jody Hice (R-Ga,) Vicky Hartzler (R-Mo), Tom Rice (R-Sc), Lauren Boebert (R-Co), Mike Waltz (R-Fl), Guy Reschenthaler (R-Pa), Mark Green (R-Tn), Lee Zeldin (R-Ny), Warren Davidson (R-Tn), Kevin Hern (R-Ok), Barry Loudermilk (R-Ga), and Roger Williams (R-Tx),” the report added.

Rep. Rice, who is one of only 10 House Republicans who ended up voting in favor of impeaching President Donald Trump earlier in the year, went on a tirade on Twitter, and then went on to call for Biden to “turn over the job to someone who can handle it.”

And there’s actually more than this.

Every single of these folks is right on the money. Biden is where the buck stops. He should take responsibility for this massive screw up that’s already cost 13 troops their lives and hundreds of Afghan civilians. It’s the right thing to do.

If he refuses to leave office, perhaps what Rep. Madison Cawthorn has called for us to assist us in getting Biden out of the White House. Cawthorn has requested the vice president invoke the 25th Amendment, stating that Biden is not fit for duty, so that he can be removed from his current position.

“This is not a time for impassioned speeches followed by no action. With that in mind when I look to our Commander in Chief, I do not see someone who maliciously makes poor decisions. And yet today we witness devastating heartbreak. American carnage is a direct result of his inept and incompetent actions,” Cawthorn said.

“Joe Biden does not simply have a pattern of poor decision-making. His mental decline is on full display. Our enemies know it, Americans have witnessed it. His disastrous Afghanistan withdrawal proves even further, our executive is in crisis. President Biden’s physical inability to lead is not a political talking point. It is a demonstrable fact, our president is not mentally fit to serve as President of these United States,” the congressman said.

“I truly believe that he is unable to discharge the duties of the office he holds. That is why today, I sent letters to each member of the President’s cabinet, and to the Vice President, asking that they invoke the 25th Amendment of The United States Constitution, and remove Joe Biden from his office. I’m also calling on Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi to immediately call Congress back into session to construct a disability review Council and assess the President’s state. I cannot sit idly by and watch the nation that I love spiral into death and devastation, because our leader cannot discharge his duties. When there is no time to wait, the time for action is now. I take no pleasure in sending this request, the gravity of this weighs heavily on me, but I find no other recourse,” he said.

“We must not allow this mentally unstable individual to direct our country for one second longer. The future of our Republic must be guarded, the lives of American citizens must be preserved. The time to act is now. Thank you. God bless you and may God bless these United States of America,” he concluded.
