Special Report: The Three Supreme Court Candidates Biden Has Interviewed Have Just Been Revealed

(Republican Party News) – Joe Biden is on a crusade to bring America into an era of full-blown progressive wokeism and he’s taking us one step closer with his dedication to nominating the first black woman to the US Supreme Court.

Apparently, nominating someone to the nation’s highest court based on gender and skin color is not racist or discriminatory at all. It’s just good practice if you’re trying to make a more “equitable” society.

We’re just going to have to get used to this new age discrimination.

Never mind the fact that it’s totally insulting to hire someone based solely on their gender and skin color. Imagine never being able to claim you were the best candidate because 95% of those that applied were ruled out just based on their appearance.

The first black woman SCOTUS justice will, sadly, have an asterisk next to her name thanks to the Democrats’ obsession with race and gender.

In his limited and discriminatory search for liberal Justice Stephen Breyer’s replacement, Biden has, apparently, narrowed it down to three names, according to a new report.

According to Fox News, Biden has interviewed Ketanji Brown Jackson, Leondra Kruger and J. Michelle Childs for the position.

The White House has not said much other than that Biden will be making selection by the end of the month, which is fast approaching.

According to The Washington Post, Jackson, 51, is the “front runner.”

Jackson was mentioned in a 2007 biography of conservative Justice Clarence Thomas, who is also black. The biography discusses an anecdote in which Jackson, now a member of the US Court of Appeals for the DC Circuit, contrasted herself with Thomas.

“‘You sound like my parents. You sound like the people I grew up with.’ But the lessons he tended to draw from the experiences of the segregated South seemed to be different than those of everybody I know,” the book, “Supreme Discomfort,” said Jackson thought as she had lunch with Thomas, according to ABC News.

Kruger, 46, is a justice on the California Supreme Court and a graduate of Harvard College and Yale Law School. Manhattan Institute President Reihan Salam has praised Kruger as a voice who could potentially accomplish consensus on the ideologically divided court.

“Someone like a Leondra Kruger is known as a pretty heterodox person, someone who has oftentimes voted with conservatives on the California Supreme Court,” Salam said. “Her experience is meaningfully different from other potential nominees who have a more ideological reputation.”

Childs, 55, is a US district judge in South Carolina and has bipartisan support from two well-known lawmakers in that state, according to NPR: that of Democratic Rep. James Clyburn and Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham.

Childs has been an outspoken proponent of gun reform in the US and said in a 2018 speech that “gun violence has a devastating impact on American children and teenagers.”

It goes “far beyond those struck by a bullet” and “shapes the lives of millions of children who witness it, know someone who was shot, or live in fear of the next shooting,” the judge said.

It seems that Childs would be most likely to win an easy confirmation with Graham saying earlier this month on ABC News, “She would be somebody, I think, that could bring the Senate together and probably get more than 60 votes.”

“Anyone else would be problematic,” he added.

Of course, Graham has revealed himself to be a RINO since the stolen election so his opinion doesn’t really carry a whole lot of water right now.

That being said, it looks like out of all the candidates perhaps Biden is not gunning for a completely radicalized leftist. We can only hope that the candidate Biden chooses will care more about the law than about her political leanings.

The reality is that Biden and his regime want to install a black woman because they believe that’s the best shot at furthering their anti-American, progressive agenda. Let’s hope that whomever he selects proves she isn’t just a pawn in the left’s political game.
