(Republican Party News) – It seems as if Kamala Harris, currently occupying the office of vice president, is on a mission to prove that she is completely incompetent and unable to discharge her duties. This woman has, for the second time, appeared to be totally confused as to whether or not the country of Ukraine is a part of NATO while giving remarks related to the Russia-Ukraine conflict in public.
According to The Western Journal, one of the reasons this is such a major mistake, one that caught the attention of the whole world the first time she made it, is that Ukraine’s relationship to NATO is the primary reason for the contention Russian President Vladimir Putin had when he made the decision to invade the country.
And then, as a means of trying to cover up her stupidity on this issue, the White House actually altered the transcript of her comments.
And yet, for the second time in two days, it happened again. How she could possibly make this mistake twice in a row after being corrected is mind blowing.
Harris posted a tweet (screenshot here) on Tuesday that said, “The United States stands firmly with the Ukrainian people in defense of the NATO alliance.”
“Over the weekend, Harris uttered virtually the exact same statement while addressing the winter meeting of the Democratic National Committee, declaring: ‘So I will say what I know we all say, and I will say over and over again: The United States stands firmly with the Ukrainian people in defense of the NATO alliance,'” the WJ report said.
“A White House transcript of her remarks, however, added a rather sly ‘[and]’ in the middle of the sentence to suggest that perhaps Harris had just misspoke when quoted by the media,” the report continued.
“So I will say what I know we all say, and I will say over and over again: The United States stands firmly with the Ukrainian people [and] in defense of the NATO Alliance,” the transcript went on to say.

In other words, we’re supposed to believe that someone, who had the job of correcting the transcript, did not bother to inform Harris of the screw up she made?
What’s more is that the White House has been handling a lot of the PR response to this situation for months and has sent Harris off to Europe twice, yet no one has sat her down and given her a quick run-down of the overall situation between these two countries and the whole bit about NATO?
For those not in the know, the Western Journal said, “Ukraine is not a NATO country, but its desire to be a NATO country was a rather significant bee in Putin’s bonnet for some time prior to the invasion, and the extent to which the U.S. can, should and may get involved in the conflict has exactly everything to do with the fact that Ukraine is very much not currently a NATO country.”
“Yet for some reason, not once, but twice, Harris has affirmed strongly, on behalf of the United States as a whole, that we stand with Ukraine in defense of the NATO alliance,” the report said.
“Either way, it hardly seems to hold water; on Tuesday, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy himself, who has been adamantly urging the Western allies for more aid and military support which could easily, of course, drag all of NATO into the conflict which is exactly why NATO nations have been tightfisted with supplies, admitted that his country his country is unlikely to ever be part of the alliance itself,” the report added.
“It is clear that Ukraine is not a member of NATO; we understand this… For years we heard about the apparently open door, but have already also heard that we will not enter there, and these are truths and must be acknowledged,” Zelenskyy went on to say during a speech to European leaders on Tuesday, the Washington Post revealed.
How can someone who occupies one of the highest offices in the government, right below the president, be so ignorant of a major geopolitical crisis that could potentially, if mishandled, lead to a third world war? Who is allowing this to happen?
Now there are other countries who are starting to get restless and it seems things on the global stage are about to get a whole lot more squirrely, and this is the person who is being tasked with handling the situation?
Heaven help us.
